Royal Residence - Gdansk

I recently stayed at Royal Residence in Gdansk for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room I was allocated on the top floor was truly amazing. Spread across two levels, it had a cozy lounge and modern bathroom downstairs, and a stylish bedroom upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. The hotel is situated on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the city. The staff, particularly during the day, were fluent in English and very accommodating. The room was well-equipped with clean blankets, water glasses, tea making facilities, and fresh towels. The hotel's breakfast was quite good too. I found the Royal Residence to be a calm and affordable place, not far from the city center.

Excellent stay. Good value for money for the size and standard of the rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Localization suitable for both business and leisure as I did both. Would recommend.

The staying was extremely enjoyable. The room was very cosy, clean and stylish, whereas breakfast delicious with a variety of food choices. A 5 min driving distance from Gdansk City Centre is definetely an advantage.

The price was cheap, and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located in a calm place not far from the city center, which was convenient. The staff was friendly and willing to help with a couple of issues we had during our stay.

The hotel had an unpleasant smell, and our room was dirty. The interior design was old and outdated, which felt like we were staying in a thrift store.

We were visiting Gdansk for a family get together and stayed over an extra night to take in some of the Gdansk sights. Residence Isabel is conveniently situated for easy walking into the city. A lovely spacious rooms, brilliant decor, rooms sizes much larger than standard/superior hoterl rooms across uk. And very clean, too. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was superb! Lots of choice and quiet family friendly room to eat in. Yes we will would stay there again! Highly recommended.

Nice staff, good and clean room, quite good value for the money

Very poor location, when you want to arrive by public transport and a person on the phone didnt know the right tram number, sometimes hard to communicate in English with staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet residential area. Located on a hill, it offers amazing views of the city. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable, with a private patio outside. The breakfast provided is delicious with a variety of options.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The room on top floor was amazing with lounge, bedroom and jacuzzi tub. Great for families. Clean and comfy beds. Wine bar and Netflix available. Fantastic view and friendly staff.

The value I got for my money was excellent, with a huge upgraded room. The location was convenient for getting to the old city, and the staff were helpful and hospitable.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.
